By submitting a ShapeCard credit card application, you consent to receive all communications, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other information from ShapeCard electronically via email or SMS. This consent applies to all communications related to your application, account, and any ShapeCard products or services you may use. You acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to electronic communications at any time. To do so, please contact ShapeCard support at support@shapecard.ai. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect your ability to use certain ShapeCard services, as some communications are required by law or necessary for the operation of your account. We will process your request and notify you of any impact on your account.
You are responsible for retaining copies of all electronic communications sent to you by ShapeCard. We recommend printing or saving important documents, such as your Cardholder Agreement and account statements, for your records. It is also your responsibility to keep your contact information — including your email address and phone number — current and accurate so that you continue to receive all important communications from ShapeCard.
Electronic communications from ShapeCard carry the same legal effect as paper communications and are considered legally binding. Any electronic signature, acceptance, or acknowledgment you provide through our platform constitutes your valid and enforceable signature under applicable federal and state electronic signature laws, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN). ShapeCard's electronic records are admissible in any legal proceedings to the same extent as paper-based records.
